We invest in real estate and related projects on behalf of our clients. Geographically, we focus on US, EU, and the Caribbean.
Funds are typically committed for 2 years, after which they are returned with a fixed return of 50% of invested capital.
All of our investments are connected, and all investments are related to our real estate investments in some form:
- When we provide real estate funding to house buyers, we make it easier for our network of real estate agents to sell more real estate.
- When we invest in a rehabilitatin company, we create a demand to supply properties to that organisation.
- When we invest in an airline, we improve the infrastructure and sameday access to the remote Caribbean island, where we own a beach hotel and a large development project.
- When we assist clients to immigrate to the US, we create a demand for our investment projects, and properties for sale, and shared ownership.
Our approach to finding unique deals cannot be easily scaled -- or at least we don't know how to. So we have set a cap on Assets Under Management to 2 billion, to allow us to consistently deliver 50% ROI compounded over 2 years.
- We cap the number of investors at 400
- We are not currently open to new investors
- We do not maintain a wait list.
- All our investors are are passive.
- We send out a quarterly update directly to investors
- Your funds will be invested in different sectors and regions to spread the risk
- Minimum investment is 5 million US$
Benefits (for the duration of your investment):
- you can stay for free in our hotels. Don't abuse it, and perhaps consider giving a generous tip to the staff.
- you can participate in any offering in our organisation for free, including: Investor Immigrants, Rehab (alcohol, drugs), diet retreats.
- you get free private plane (or Helicopter) transfers in The Grenadines. Again: Don't abuse it.
- you get free use of our investor conscierge service, who will find you free luxury vacation accommodations all over the world (we exchange with villas or hotels we own). Peak seasons are difficult. You may have to pay for cleaning etc.
- We keep a share in all properties we buy for shared ownership. Our investors get free access to use our weeks in the shared ownership properties.
- You become part of an informal network of like minded investors. You may catch a ride on someone's plane, or offer one in yours.
