American Pension Trust is a private pension service company. We invest on behalf of our affluent clients and other pension trusts. Our target AuM (Assets Under Management) for 2023 is $ 2 Billion. We are not currently accepting new clients, except under our Immigrant Investor Program.
The key to our success is our own network of deal-originators from 96 districts in the US and Europe. We pay well and we pay fast for good referrals that pan out.
In 2023 we embarked on a strategy to expand our focus from the US to include Europe.

Immigrant Investors
(US, EU)
7.3% of all immigration til the US, is via a program, which allows investors with a certain amount to invest, to get a green card for the investor, his or her spouse, plus any unmarried children under 21.
APS has invested in InvestAndStay.com, which is a service which will be launched Q3 2023, to assist very affluent clients with the process of acquiring permanent residency in the US. The service will handle the required investments in the US economy and laborforce, and provide temporary housing and other services to its clients.
Real Estate
(US, EU)
Through regional and national subsidiaries, we have invested in Real Estate in the US, Caribbean, and Europe. We are seeking investments that can yield a return on the invested capital of 50% or more, in 2 years.
Another investment relates to shared ownership in Europe. We will acquire luxury residences in high-demand areas, and sell them on a shared-ownership basis, where a 1/8 share will allow the investor 6 weeks per year of exclusive use of the house. The first target area is Tuscany. The shares will be marketed in major EU locations. We are in the process of buying the first target property.
Hospitality
(US, EU, Caribbean)
We have acquired a beach hotel in The Caribbean (The Grenadines), with land to develop at least 10 luxury beach front villas with direct access from the villa into the sea.
Other acquisitions involve 2 beach hotels in Europe, one of which is in operation, while the other is awaiting permits for a complete renovation and expansion from 24 rooms to 50 rooms. We are in negotiations to purchase another beach hotel with 128 rooms.
We are focusing on properties that have an alternative use, and could be marketed as shared ownership or serve other uses within our investment-family.
RealEstate Finance
(EU)
There is a large demand in Europe for capital among property developers in the "deep subprime" to "near prime" categories. We are in the process of establishing an independent organisation, who will provide capitals to these markets, against sucurity in the real estate, with an option to assume ownership in the projects below cost, of the borrower defaults on the loan.
Another activity is the establishment of a national lending scheme, where propery owners can get quick loans, solely based on our vauation of the property.

Social Investments
(EU)
This latest focus area was spurred by our negotiations to purchase a portfolio of fully rented treatment schools with triple net rent on long term contracts. During our Due Diligence, we discovered that the seller was in separate negotiations to sell the operations. Along with a local partner, we are now negotiating the purchase of the operations. There is a very large untapped growth potential.
Other services in this focus area are rehabilitation and addiction clinics (alcohol, drugs, sugar, eating disorder, gambling etc.). A partnership with another local partner to establish
Youth Nursing Homes for Children With Disabilities is underway as a pilot project.
Aviation
(Caribbean)
St. Vincent & The Grenadines is a country in the Caribbean, which consist of the main island, St. Vincent, and a pearl string of smaller islands called the The Grenadines. The country is the latest in The Caribbean to establish a large international airport, which now have daily or weekly services from the US, Canada and the UK. There is a huge unmet demand for sameday connections from St. Vincent to the other islands in The Grenadines. Together with local aviation partners, and possibly the government of St. Vincent, we are in the process of establishing Cariblines, which will be a smaller regional carrier, which will operate a Beechcraft King Air, configured as private plane and, if possible, the region's first commercial Helicopter service.
